Once you've reached the minimum payout threshold, your earnings are deposited directly onto your credit or debit card via secure payment processing.

How much can I earn per survey?
Survey payouts vary depending on length and topic, but most surveys pay between ÂŁ0.50- ÂŁ5.00 High-value surveys are regularly available.

Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes. You must reach a minimum balance of ÂŁ10.00 in your wallet before requesting a payout to your card.

Can I have multiple accounts?
No. To ensure fairness and data integrity, each user is allowed one account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and removed.

🛠 Getting Help

I didn’t get paid for a survey. What do I do?
If you completed a survey and didn’t receive credit, please contact our support team using the form on our Contact Us page. Include the survey ID if available.

How do I update my payment information?
Log in, go to Account Settings, and update your payment method details under the Payout Options section.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

How do I sign up?
Simply create a username and password. You become a RockDove member and available to access free samples/ Take part in surveys. Create your full profile to have the opportunity to receive a greater variety of samples and to complete more variety of surveys that give you more points.

How long does the registration process take?
Initial Sign Up takes less than 1 minute. Completion of full profile takes less than 5 minutes.

How much does it cost for membership?
It is completely FREE!!

How long does my membership last?
Membership lasts for 12 months. Before your membership is due to expire, you will be sent an email to remind you to update details to continue membership.

Why should I complete my full profile?
So we can match you to products and surveys we think you might like to get, and to maximise your rewards.

What happens to the information I provide?
Your personal details remain with RockDove and will never be passed on to a 3rd party. In accordance with Part 1 of schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 1998. RockDove will only use your email address to let you know when: New samples are available, New surveys are listed, Profile sections need completing, Membership is due for renewal, Send Newsletters with membership information and offers.

Why are you going to send me free samples?
RockDove want to offer you the opportunity to try before you buy and it is a great for brands and companies to let you try some amazing new products that you might not be aware are even out there!

Your opinions matter to brands, products and services – RockDove provides a platform to feed back to brands what consumers like or don’t like. RockDove want to reward you for sharing your experiences with us! RockDove- rewarding experiences!

What happens to the information I give in surveys?
We simply compile a research report on behalf of the client.

How long does it take to complete a survey?
Depending on the length of the survey, it can take between 30 seconds and 5-10 minutes. We will always tell you how long we anticipate the survey will take and how many points you will be rewarded with. For example: To complete full registration it will take you 5 minutes and you will be awarded 500 points (equivalent to ÂŁ5.00).

What if I only want to receive free samples?
You just select what free samples you want. There is absolutely no obligation to request free samples or take part in surveys. This is a club and you are free to use it as much/ as little as you want.

How much can I earn I rewards?
RockDove complies with UK Money Laundering and Financial Rules and regulations. (Link to T+C’s money laundering) include limit per annum- JL to update leave out for now.

How do I redeem my points?
You do this in ‘my account’. Simply click the redeem button and the total number of points will be converted to a cash equivalent and transferred to your ‘RockDove reward card’.

How long does it take for rewards to be transferred to my card?
Usually within 48 hours from the time of redemption.

What happens if I don’t see the reward transfer on my card?
There is a free phone customer services number you can call. For all reward cards enquiries/customer services: number Monday: Friday 9am - 5.30pm Saturday: 9am - 12pm

What happens if the outlet declines the use of my card?

What happens if the outlet declines purchase?
